Geiss was founded back in 1948 by Georg Geiss and is now run in its second generation, by his son Manfred Geiss. Throughout the company’s trading history it has steadily grown and developed many commonplace elements within the industry, such as the implementation of Bottom Heaters, the introduction of Microprocessor Control, as well as the creation of Automatic Sheet Feeding. In 1999 part of their extensive growth programme involved the opening of a custom built plant for future development.
Swanstone took over the UK and Ireland agency in 1993 and our working relationship has gone from strength to strength.
During our time with Geiss we have seen numerous developments in the equipment, such as the development of a fully adjustable window plate system for their Vacuum Forming machines and the introduction of the revolutionary “ECO” type CNC machines.

Our desire to offer a full turnkey solutions led us to set up a partnership with ATA Garryson enabling us to supply a full range of cutting and trimming tools to complement our Geiss CNC Equipment.
Back in 1997 we signed with Garryson as an official supplier as we were impressed by the fact they were one of only a few manufacturers who offered a fully integrated service from processing raw materials, right through to the manufacture and supply. As well as holding vast stocks of varying cutters, they also demonstrated their extensive knowledge and technical experience to develop bespoke tools.
Throughout our partnership ATA Garryson have continued to advance and expand their product ranges, moving into consumables such as Burs and Abrasives as well as producing their our brand of Hand Tools.
In order to diversify our machinery and product range we entered into an agency with Tommy Nielsen who produce blister and sealing equipment.
We joined forces with Tommy Nielsen back in 1999 and have supplied a wide customer base with their equipment. They continue to invest and develop new advancements in the field, whilst working with new materials and tooling.
Tommy Nielsen also supply consumable products in line with their equipment including forming material, printed backing cards and foils.

MP3 appointed Swanstone as their UK & Ireland Representative for the supply of Sheet and Reel Thermoforming Materials in 2002, however, market changes during and after the recession meant restructuring was necessary and the agency was paused. In 2019 Swanstone had a Management take over and we now have pleasure in confirming the revived partnership between our companies. MP3 have been supplying the plastics industry since 1978, providing excellent material quality across a range of ABS, Acrylic Capped ABS, recycled Materials, HIPS and PET, to name a few.
