The height of the saw blade support, also a cast construction, is adjusted by a hand-wheel vertically from 8 – 150 mm, infinitely variable. Feed is by an endless conveyor which allows continuous working with a fully automatic machine. An installation of this type can form an automatic production line. Speed of feed speed is infinitely adjustable in proportion 1 : 5, varying from 0.5 – 2.5 m/min. The article to be cut is held by sprung guide rollers. These rollers hold the article flat. The saw blade can be further stabilised by a mid-blade guide, if the entire width of the saw blade is not in use.
A build series test has been carried out through the Trade Association Department Wood.
All machines of this series are certified to CE standards.
The standard machine colour is light grey RAL 7035 and gentian blue RAL 5010. Important machine parts being painted in signal yellow RAL 1003.
